RescueWP starts with safe evidence and scope review. The operator will use your payment authority and case context to decide the next diagnostic step, request missing evidence and identify whether the issue is in scope, provider-boundary or unsafe to continue.
Send this safe information first
- Your safe case reference or Stripe session reference if available.
- The affected website URL.
- The selected service if known.
- The main visible symptom and when it started.
- Whether revenue, checkout or login access is currently affected.
- Recent plugin, theme, hosting, DNS, CDN, payment or content changes.
- Screenshots or redacted logs only when they do not expose secrets or private third-party data.
What RescueWP will and will not do from intake
Intake starts diagnosis or technical triage. It does not authorize repair, provider calls, production changes, customer SMS automation, customer WhatsApp automation or autonomous final diagnosis. Repair can only be considered later if evidence, scope, authority, access, rollback and safety gates are satisfied.
If the case is urgent
Include a short note explaining the business impact and whether checkout, payments, orders, logins or site availability are affected. Do not exaggerate symptoms or send unsafe access material; incomplete or unsafe evidence can slow down diagnosis.
