Operator-led diagnosis and technical triage terms.

These terms describe the RescueWP public service boundary for paid diagnosis, technical triage and any later separately scoped repair review.

Service scope

RescueWP provides operator-led diagnosis, technical triage, evidence review and scope guidance for WordPress and WooCommerce incidents. Repair may be offered only if separately scoped, priced and authorized after evidence, access, rollback, provider-boundary and safety review.

No guarantee of recovery or repair

RescueWP does not guarantee recovery, repair, malware removal, restored checkout, restored revenue, uninterrupted availability, fixed timelines or any outcome percentage. Some cases may be outside scope, provider-boundary, access-limited, unsafe to touch, legally constrained or dependent on third parties.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, confirming that you have authority to request work on the site, preserving backups where available, and reviewing any scope, assumptions and exclusions before authorizing additional work.

Do not send secrets through ordinary intake

Do not submit passwords, tokens, full credentials, card data, raw secrets or private third-party data through public forms or ordinary email. RescueWP does not request raw credentials or secrets in public intake. If later access is required, the operator must define a safer authorization and evidence path.

Diagnosis may require more evidence

Triage is based on the evidence available at the time. RescueWP may request additional information before confirming scope, next steps or whether repair review is possible. Missing evidence, missing authority, provider controls or unsafe production risk may prevent delivery.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. RescueWP does not store card data. Payment for diagnosis or triage does not guarantee that repair will be possible or separately authorized.

Operator notifications

RescueWP may send internal operator alerts through SMS/Twilio using minimized case data only. This supports operator awareness and does not create customer SMS automation, customer WhatsApp automation or autonomous repair.
